 Mr. Huang, Tien-Chen , the president of Holbright Weighing Systems Co., Ltd, serves as the chairman of Taipei Measuring Instrument Association this year as well. He spares no effort on every activity for members to exchange business ideas and have fun together. There are 4 big events this year.
